The space Home comes equipped with high speed WiFi, Smart TV, countless board games to enjoy with the family, fully stocked kitchen, and dining room table with room for 6 people. kitchen counter to may also be used up to 4 people for additional seating options. Outdoor area comes fully stocked with grill, pool toys, adult/child floats, and beach gear. Soak up some sun on one of the many loungers available or dine on the outdoor dining table with oversized umbrella Guest access Guest have access to the entire space, private heated pool, patio, etc. Other things to note We are located in Victoria Park a quiet area of Fort Lauderdale with quiet hours from 10pm-7am. Absolutely NO parties or excessive noise will be tolerated (you will be fined and removed from the property with no refund) Please do not put any metal furniture in the pool as it will rust and guest will be charged for all damages
